REFUNDS POLICY

Ascend‑Funded LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a proprietary trading simulation and evaluation platform. By purchasing any product or service from Ascend‑Funded, you acknowledge and agree to the following strict no-refund policy:


1. All Sales Are Final

1.1 Non-Refundable Services

All purchases made on or through Ascend‑Funded—including, but not limited to, trading challenges, evaluations, simulation accounts, upgrades, and subscriptions—are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

  • Whether or not the challenge was started

  • Your performance during the challenge

  • Disqualification or rule violations

  • Technical issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party tools

  • Any change in your personal circumstances

Once a purchase is completed, you waive any right to request a refund for any reason.


2. No Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

By purchasing and beginning access to the simulation or dashboard, you expressly consent to immediate service delivery and waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period).

If you begin using our services (including logging into your account or placing a trade), you forfeit any right to cancellation or refund.


3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.

  • We reserve the right to report chargeback abuse to fraud prevention agencies and blocklist databases.

  • Legal action may be pursued for deliberate fraud or misuse.


4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical or processing error, please contact us within 7 calendar days at:

Include your full name, email, date of purchase, and payment method. Duplicate charges will be refunded upon verification.


5. Discretionary Exceptions

While our policy is strictly no-refund, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate refund requests in rare cases of:

  • Proven duplicate purchases

  • Accidental charges with immediate notice (within 24 hours, no usage)

  • Platform errors entirely caused by us

Such exceptions are not guaranteed and should not be expected. Refunds, if granted, will be issued via the original payment method.


6. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on Ascend‑Funded.com or participating in any Ascend‑Funded challenge or program, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • You agree not to dispute or challenge charges under the terms above

  • You are legally bound by this agreement
